1. Who we are

Vitalitätsreport is published by Aurora Group Platforms LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of vitalitaetsreport.com (the "Site"), including every Report, Briefing, page and newsletter we publish.

2. Educational content, not medical advice

Everything on the Site is general information about consumer products and everyday routines, written for adults. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a conversation with a clinician or pharmacist who knows your history. Reading the Site does not create a patient relationship of any kind between you and us, and the "Vitalitätsreport Editorial Team" byline is a collective name, not a licensed professional.

Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA before they are sold, and the Site does not claim otherwise. Before starting any product, read its actual label, and talk to a clinician first if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition. Nothing on the Site is a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a recommendation for your particular situation.

3. Accuracy, dates and the limits of our research

We make a genuine effort to read labels, check sources, verify listings and date every price before we publish, and to show the date each page was last updated. Even so, product formulas, prices, availability, seller terms and certifications change without notice and without anyone telling us. We cannot promise that any fact remains current after the date shown on the page. We do not test products in a laboratory. Where we describe research, we describe what the cited studies reported, hedged accordingly; that is not a promise that a product will do anything for you.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

4. Affiliate relationship

Every Report contains a link to the product's listing on Amazon.com, placed through the Amazon Associates program. If you buy through such a link, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. This is our only affiliate relationship; details are in our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not sell, stock, ship or return any product. Every purchase is a transaction between you and Amazon (or the seller shown on the Amazon listing) under Amazon's own terms.

5. Third-party sites and products

The Site links to websites we do not own or control, including Amazon.com and the manufacturers' and research sources we cite. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, policies or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked page. The manufacturer or seller of a product, not us, is responsible for that product, its label, its safety and its quality.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, graphics and other original content of the Site belong to Aurora Group Platforms LLC or are used under license, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may read, print and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, systematically download, translate or otherwise reuse substantial portions of the Site without our prior written permission.

Product names, brand names, logos and trademarks that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners. Product photographs are the manufacturers' or sellers' images, used to identify the product being reported on. "Vitalitätsreport" and the Report and Briefing format are ours.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; not to scrape, crawl or extract content beyond ordinary search-engine indexing without permission; not to interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the server it runs on; not to submit false or automated entries to the newsletter form; and not to misrepresent who you are or whom you represent in any communication with us.

8. The newsletter

By subscribing to The Monthly Report you agree to receive it by email at most once a month. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us from the subscribed address. How we store and protect your details is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurora Group Platforms LLC, its members, managers and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your reliance on anything published on it, or any product you buy after following a link on it, even if we were told such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Aurora Group Platforms LLC from claims, losses and reasonable costs, including attorneys' fees, that arise from your violation of these Terms or of applicable law, to the extent they result from your own conduct.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or in the federal courts having jurisdiction over Sheridan County, Wyoming, and each of us consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing anything, please email us; most problems can be resolved in a few messages, and we will try in good faith for at least 30 days to do so.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the revised version is posted and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page moves. Using the Site after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the Site. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
