What to write to us about

• Corrections. A price that has changed, a formula that no longer matches the label, a study we described badly, a certification we should not have credited, a broken link. Tell us the Report or Briefing number (R-04, B-02), the page address, what is wrong, and where we can see the correct information. Our corrections policy explains what happens next.
• Privacy requests. Anything covered in our Privacy Policy: a copy of what we hold about you, deletion of your newsletter record, unsubscribing, or a question about cookies. Write from the email address you used with us, so we can match the request to the record.
• Manufacturers and brands. If you make or sell a product we reported on and something has changed, send us the new label, the current listing, or the certifier's directory entry, and we will re-check the Report. We do not accept payment, samples or advance review in return.
• Press and researchers. Questions about our method, our sources or a specific Report.
• Suggestions. An established brand sold on Amazon.com that you think deserves a Report, or a routine that would make a useful Briefing.

What we cannot help with

Medical questions. We cannot tell you whether a product is right for you, whether it is safe with your medication, or what a symptom means. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Please take those questions to a clinician or a pharmacist, who can see your full picture.

Orders, deliveries and refunds. Vitalitätsreport does not sell or ship anything. Every purchase made through a link on this site is an Amazon.com order, and we never see it. For delivery status, a return or a refund, go to Your Orders on Amazon. Our Shipping and Returns pages explain what we can and cannot do.

Paid placement. We do not sell sponsored Reports, links, mentions or rankings, and we do not join any affiliate program other than Amazon Associates. Requests of that kind will not get a reply.

How quickly we reply

We are a small editorial team, not a support desk with staffed hours. We aim to answer within a few business days. Privacy requests are handled within the timelines set out in our Privacy Policy. Corrections that affect a Report's conclusion are treated as urgent.

Letters can be sent to the address above. Post is read, but it is slower than email, and we cannot reply by phone. If your matter is time-sensitive, please email.
